We originate stretch senior first mortgages, mezzanine loans, participating debt, and preferred and other structured equity. Additionally, this platform acquires sub- or non-performing debt and debt-like instruments in the secondary market with the goal of achieving attractive returns.

Our CMBS Opportunities strategy primarily invests in investment grade and below-investment grade Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS), both at original issuance and on the secondary market, and backed by fixed-rate, predominantly 5 – 10-year loans on stabilized properties diversified by geography and product type.
We undertake detailed underwriting of each of the loans in the CMBS pools in which we invest and are proud of our ability to offer guidance and select issuances with strong credit profiles.
