Paul Oliveri

Managing Director, Originations

Mr. Oliveri is a Managing Director in the New York office and focuses on investment sourcing, credit and underwriting analysis, due diligence, and investment closing. Prior to joining Prime Finance in 2011, Mr. Oliveri was part of the Institutional Markets Group at MUFG Union Bank, N.A. (formerly PB Capital Corporation, a subsidiary of Deutsche Postbank AG) where he concentrated on structuring, underwriting, closing, and performing due diligence on transactions ranging in size from $50 to $200 million. Mr. Oliveri later joined the workout group to manage non-performing loans, working to maximize the bank’s recovery through restructurings, foreclosure, and property management. Mr. Oliveri graduated with honors from Lehigh University with a B.S. in Finance and holds an M.S. in Real Estate, Finance, and Investment from New York University.
