Daniel H. James

Co-Founder and Special Advisor

Mr. James is a Co-Founding Partner of Prime Finance and currently serves as a Special Advisor. Mr. James assumed the role of Special Advisor in 2023. During his career, Mr. James has been involved with all forms of property ownership, management, financing, and development and will remain a Special Advisor to the Firm. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Mr. James for his dedication and contributions spanning 16 years, shaping Prime Finance into what it is today.

A graduate of Princeton University and Harvard Business School, Mr. James also attended the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. He serves on the California Apartment Association Leadership Council and is the past chairman of the California Housing Council.
