Director, Fund Accounting

Ms. Manansala is a Director on the Accounting team in the San Francisco office, responsible for leading Prime Finance’s fund remittance and reporting teams. Prior to joining Prime Finance in 2022, Ms. Manansala worked with KPMG LLP in San Francisco and internationally in the audit practice, and worked with Ernst & Young previously. While in public accounting, Ms. Manansala worked on financial statement and integrated audits for over 15 years in banking, telecommunication, manufacturing, retail, and consumer products industries with primary focus on asset management industry including investment advisors registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), private equity funds, venture capital funds, fund of funds, and hedge funds. Ms. Manansala received a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from De La Salle University in the Philippines. Ms. Manansala is a Certified Public Accountant in California, inactive status.
